Immune-System Interest
Patients wanting a medical opinion on immune-focused options within a longevity plan.

Immune-Focused Cell Program · Bangkok
A physician-led program in which your own natural killer cells are collected, expanded in a laboratory and returned by intravenous infusion. NK Cell Therapy does not replace standard medical treatment, and suitability is decided by a doctor.
Program overview
Natural killer (NK) cells are a type of white blood cell and part of the innate immune system. They can respond to abnormal cellular signals without requiring prior recognition of a specific antigen.
In this program, a blood sample is taken, NK cells are isolated and then expanded and activated in a laboratory over approximately 14 to 21 days, before being administered intravenously under medical supervision.
The program is positioned around immune-system support and individual physician assessment. It is not a cancer treatment, does not prevent or cure disease, and does not replace oncology or any other standard medical care.
NK cells patrol the body as part of innate immunity, the fast-acting arm of the immune system. Unlike adaptive immune cells, they do not need to have encountered a specific antigen beforehand in order to respond to abnormal signals on a cell surface.
Their described biological mechanisms involve perforin and granzyme, together with cytokine signalling that influences other parts of the immune response. These are laboratory-described functions of the cells themselves; they are not statements about what any individual will experience from a treatment.
For that reason, our physicians discuss this program conservatively, explain the limits of current evidence, and will decline to proceed when it is not appropriate.
How it works
01
A physician reviews your health history, current treatment, medication and laboratory results, and explains what the program does and does not offer.
02
A blood sample is collected at the clinic for laboratory processing.
03
NK cells are isolated, then expanded and activated in the laboratory over approximately 14 to 21 days.
04
The prepared cells are administered intravenously under medical supervision, followed by observation and scheduled follow-up.
Why patients consider it
Patients wanting a medical opinion on immune-focused options within a longevity plan.
Interest in a program that uses the patient's own cells rather than a donor product.
Patients who prefer a defined, physician-supervised sequence over ad hoc treatments.
Patients who want to be told plainly what a cell program can and cannot be expected to do.
Discussed by patients building a longer-term, doctor-guided plan.
Patients already researching cell therapy who want a careful, conservative assessment.
These are topics patients discuss during consultation. They are not promised outcomes, and individual suitability is always determined by a physician.
